About the artist: Bianca Moscatelli’s journey into jewelry-making began in New York City, where she started experimenting with stones and pre-made metal components as a creative outlet after work. Shortly thereafter, she was eager to dive into metalsmithing. She loved the idea of making something she could wear (without sewing) and, for her, making jewelry meant using fire and hammers! After starting classes at The School of Visual Arts, she was smitten. 15 years later, here in Los Angeles, metalsmithing is still her favorite. In addition to making jewelry, she is now able to teach the skills to others and share this incredible gift.
